For over forty years ownership has been on this same corner bringing the fine art of dining casually and comfortably to Wolf Road. Created by owners Joe Scaring and Kenny Raymond, Blu Stone Bistro is immersed in seasonal menus that have been described as “wholesome flavors you crave…adventurous yet accessible.” Only the best ingredients are accepted in this kitchen as Blu Stone Bistro makes everything from scratch. Ownership promises to greet their customers warmly, serve satisfying seasonal food, delight their guests with an exciting wine list and remember each guest upon their return.
